With 25 years of experience working in the association management software industry, Kevin provides strategic vision, planning and overall leadership for ACGI Software. Since founding ACGI in 1996, he has focused on building an exceptional team of professionals and setting the direction for ACGI’s product lines. Kevin is also involved in managing relationships with customers, executive management leadership, and maintaining strategic alignment across all departments. Prior to ACGI, Kevin was project manager for a leading association management software company for over six years. A native of Ohio, Kevin graduated Magna Cum Laude in Engineering Science from the Franciscan University of Steubenville.
Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder
Dan Kasprow provides technical leadership and strategic architectural direction for ACGI Software. With 25 years of industry experience, Dan remains mission focused, imparting ACGI’s values, making decisions based on fact, focusing on delivering value to customers, and measuring success by customer satisfaction rather than numbers on a chart. A respected authority on Web-based technologies, systems integration, workflow automation, and business intelligence, Dan periodically authors technical articles and white papers and presents at industry conferences. Dan also oversees ACGI’s infrastructure team, responsible for managing ACGI’s cloud-based infrastructure between two datacenters and over 350 installed database systems. Before co-founding ACGI Software, Dan worked his way up from an internship to Chief Systems Architect over the course of eight years at a leading association management software company. Dan graduated Cum Laude in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
Vice President of Client Services and Relations
Michele leads ACGI’s Client Service team and is responsible for post-implementation customer support, account management services, system upgrades, and systems integration with technology partner solutions. With over 20 years of experience in technology and working with associations, Michele’s strengths lie in helping customers to get the most out of their investment in Association Anywhere and Certelligence. Prior to joining ACGI in 2004, Michele was a Business Analyst for Envision EMI. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Frostburg State University.
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Arj Devadas is responsible for developing ACGI’s sales and marketing strategies, and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals, to successfully execute integrated revenue-generating programs.
Arj has 25 years of experience in sales leadership, account management, marketing communications, product marketing, product management and business partner development. Before joining ACGI, Arj led both strategic and tactical programs for leading enterprise software companies like Impact Labs, Citrix Systems, Sequoia Software and Aspen Technologies. Arj joined ACGI Software as VP of Sales and Marketing in 2004. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing from Towson University.
Vice President of Customer Engagement
As Vice President of Customer Engagement, Bruce Saunders leads the scope of work analysis for each new client, develops project governance standards, and provides project management support for internal initiatives. Bruce also serves as a valuable member of ACGI’s Executive Management Team. Bruce served ACGI as VP of Professional Services for 12 years leading a team of project managers and business analysts to successfully deliver Association Anywhere and Certelligence to over a hundred customers. Prior to joining ACGI in 2004, Bruce was a senior IT Director for the American Chemical Society, with experience in association management software, budgeting, financial reporting, project management, and strategic and business planning. Bruce studied at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
J. Michael Hoehn
Vice President of Professional Services
As the Vice President of Professional Services, Michael leads the end-to-end software delivery to ACGI customers, from initial analysis to project implementation execution. He works with ACGI staff and customers at all levels to evaluate, plan and implement changes in systems and processes. With nearly 25 years of experience in business consulting, Michael has worked with organizations in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors improving operations, developing strategies, creating effective professional teams and developing value recognition tools for potential customers. Prior to joining ACGI, Michael was president of an association management company providing consulting and management services to evolving healthcare associations and has also worked for several technology start-ups and consulting firms. He earned his BA in History from Arizona State University and serves as a volunteer with the Colorado Historical Society and the Civil War Preservation Trust, and is a member of ASAE and the AMC Institute.
Vice President of Customer Excellence
As the Vice President of Customer Excellence, Debbie Rhoda is responsible for ACGI’s customer experience and customer excellence engagement strategies. Her programs include ACGI company-wide initiatives focused on “client first” methodologies dedicated to the ongoing improvement of internal processes, procedures and product offerings based on client feedback. Efforts include the development and execution of an in-depth “Voice of Customer” (VOC) program that helps to define ACGI customer expectations, preferences, and aversions, as well as a systematic and proactive review of all client touchpoints across every ACGI department. Debbie is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in graphic design, application development and product management of large-scale IT systems, including 14 years with another AMS provider. Over the last 12 years her career shifted into directorial positions working closely with clients and other team members in roles that included project management, implementation, data analysis, requirements, business development and operations. Debbie earned a BA in Marketing Communications with a minor in Business Administration from George Mason University. She is a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), the Customer Service Institute of America (CSIA) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
Vice President of Engineering Services
Lee Correll leads a team of 25 software engineers to develop ACGI’s Association Anywhere and Certelligence cloud-based products. Lee ensures the adoption of best practice methodologies for short-turnaround iterative software development. His responsibilities include software design and deployment, upgrades, migrations, personnel management, and process and information flow control for all ACGI customers. Lee utilizes his experience in project management, applications development, infrastructure, team-building and security to stay on top of changing needs and lead ACGI’s team of software engineers. He is a strategic leader with a hands-on style and mentoring approach. Lee has over 20 years of experience in the field of Information Systems. Before joining ACGI in 2011, Lee managed IT teams for Burgess Group, LLC, National Endowment for Democracy, Saturn Corporation and Howard Hughes Medical Institute. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Telecommunications from Johns Hopkins University.
Director of Information Technology
Dave provides database and web server administration and technical/administrative training for ACGI’s development and production servers. He also provides operational management of infrastructure used for hosting services, design and development of various modules for Association Anywhere and customer support. With over 25 years of experience working with associations, Dave’s knowledge in database administration, platform system administration and technical management provides him skills to successfully analyze, test, deploy, manage, tune and troubleshoot applications. Prior to joining ACGI in 1999, Dave managed databases for Sprint, Nextel and Orange Systems.
Director of Technical Sales
As the Director of Technical Sales, Myron manages ACGI’s pre-sales engineering team. His responsibilities range from analyzing the functional and technical requirements of prospects to building relationships with industry experts. Myron also oversees preparation for all system demonstrations.
With over 25 years of experience working with associations and other AMS providers, Myron is known for his good listener and good teacher skills, when helping to guide organizations to solutions that solve their problems.
Early in his career, Myron worked as a programmer, customer support representative, lead trainer and technical sales lead for another AMS provider. Since joining ACGI Software, shortly after its inception, Myron filled several roles including business analyst, senior consultant, and project manager. Myron has a BS in Information Systems from University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
Lou leads ACGI’s product strategy team and is responsible for the expansion of product solution offerings, and advancing the features and functionality of Association Anywhere and Certelligence to meet the growing needs of ACGI’s clients.
With over 20 years of experience in product management, development, and user experience design in ticket sales applications, eCommerce, and member organization management. Lou’s core strength lies with connecting technology to customer needs.
Prior to joining ACGI, Lou worked for AOL, a division of Verizon as the Lead Product Manager of reporting and analytics for a suite of online advertising software.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Frostburg State University.
