Open Enrollment
If you have less than five people who require training or your training needs vary from individual to individual, it is generally less expensive for your team to attend an open enrollment class offered at ACGI’s offices in Columbia, Maryland. Our classes incorporate fundamental business cases with real world examples to provide an in-depth understanding of AA concepts. Class sizes are kept small (generally 10 or less) to provide individual attention and promote development. There are several benefits to this approach:
- Interactive Peer Learning - Classes are often comprised of staff from various associations who work in similar environments and share common experiences. Attendees are able to share their knowledge and best practices allowing all participants to benefit from the collective knowledge base.
- Focused Instruction – Course outlines are targeted to specific instructional areas and generally delivered within two or three business days depending on the subject. Rosters are kept small to provide individualized attention.
- Convenient Scheduling – The schedule varies based on customer demand and new courses are constantly being developed to support continuing education in the AA user community.
- Quality Instruction – Instructors are ACGI employees who work with the technology every day and have access to the resources to educate class participants on key AA concepts and association best practices.
