Integrated with all Association Anywhere “order entry” applications, as well as your organization’s financial software and relevant back-office applications, these modules enable accurate and timely financial reporting, reducing the cost and effort of financial management — for even the largest organizations.
Accounting Modules
Accounts Receivable – The Association Anywhere Accounts Receivable module centrally manages the collection and application of payments for membership dues, event registration fees, certification fees and other monies. It handles payments across service levels, partial payments and over payments.
A/R Cash Receipts – The Association Anywhere AR Cash Receipts module centralizes the cash receipts function for all of the order-processing applications in Association Anywhere.
A/R Analysis & Collections Reporting – helps improve cash flow by providing reports that assist with accounts receivable analysis.
A/R Deferred Income Recognition – based on information in the central accounts receivable tables, it produces journal entries to incrementally recognize deferred revenues according to user-defined schedules.
Open GL Interface – generic interface into the general ledger of any standard accounting package, enables the seamless integration of accounting data with member and customers records, streamlining many accounting, auditing and operation functions.
Credit Card Management – accept credit cards for dues, event registrations or any other payment. Handles high transaction volumes and obtains credit card approval within seconds.
